Great place to stay! Reasonable price. Small room but very clean, cute and had everything you need including coffee, water and light breakfast. The Italian restaurant at the ground floor is incredible and not to be missed.

Really liked the room. The bathroom, entry, and bedroom were seperate so there was privacy and it was possible not to disturb my partner who slept later. The hotel overall was clean, and had a nice 'Old SanFran' vibe to it.

Very nice , clean , boutique hotel just 4 min walking distance to Union square! The front desk manager at check in was extremely helpful , he check me in early I was traveling with my toddler son , thanks for understanding! Breakfast is good too !

The property was very cute and vintage. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We had a great time! Just be cautious that this location does not provide parking and the rooms are very small. The elevator on location is also old and periodically is out of service so not great for those with special needs or abilities.

A really good location and at good price. It is very clean and historic. As with most hotels in the city, noise can be an issues especially at night. The breakfast is good too. The Fino restaurant located within the hotel is a must. If you love authentic Italian food and great service, don’t miss it.

Staff were very helpful and made my check-in very easy. I was able to check into my room early. Room looked exactly like the photos. There’s no AC (mentioned in the description) but the ceiling fans worked fine.

Beautiful old building, very charming, clean, lovely staff, always ice water with fruit or cucumber available in the lobby, as well as nice seating and jazz music. Great coffee machine. Free breakfast in the restaurant every morning and in the evening it becomes a lovely Italian place. Great central location for city-lovers. One of my favourite small hotels I've ever stayed at.

This is an older building which has been updated. I really appreciated the idiosyncratic floor plan and the decors of the room. There was definitely a lot of character and personality. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. The location is convenient to many attractions. Transportation options are abundant. The breakfast offering was simple, but a good start to the day. The one emphatic note I would give to travelers and management alike is the value of earplugs in street-facing rooms. On the third or fourth floor, the sounds of the street feel relatively present, but in this case a woman turned up at 4 am screaming in the street at the top of her lungs. It was an exceptional performance that suggested inebriation rather than danger. I’d return if I could have earplugs available.

We love vintage buildings like the Andrew Hotel and its location near Nob Hill and Union Square was excellent! Quiet room with tall ceilings, older but clean bath with fluffy towels. Decent continental breakfast.
