"They should be better at breakfast, that it is of better quality and variety."

"Resort wasn’t as good as it was pictured. We found a bottle of vodka in the bathroom so it made us wonder about the cleanliness of the room."

"My room was not as clean as I could have been and my tv did not work at all. I was told the engineer was gone for the night and the soonest it could maybe get fixed was the following morning. I will not be staying at the Kimpton Alton ever again."

"The the room with the balcony was good size and the Bed very comfortable with nice pillows. The room was very clean, but the hallway is leading to the rooms look shabby. The staff are very nice and even upgraded us to balcony. It was our anniversary. We were pleased with our stay. Great location."
