"We were stranded at the train station and the concierge helped us get a taxi to get there safely. Everyone was lovely, it was very clean and has a beautiful outdoor pool and dinning area."

"The hotel too far from airport suitable only for car hire / business with a car. No shuttle to and from airport no bus near. Breakfast very disapointing plastic cups, for water poor quality food selection of food. Would not recommend hotel."

"Front desk attendant was very helpful. Air conditioning definitely works! Close to everything - a quick taxi to the train station. Walkable for sure if you don't mind rolling/carrying bags. It was a very quick stopover for us, but this place was perfect for it!"

"Excellent location in Pontedera. Only a five minutes walk to the city centre, the railway station, and the autobus terminal. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom facilities. There was a wide range of food choices for breakfast with hot and cold drinks readily available. The front desk was not manned at all times; but guests are provided with a key to open the entrance doors if they are locked at night."

"The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the Tower. The room was perfectly adequate for our purposes, with a great shower and decent air conditioning. The roof top terrace and restaurant offers amazing views across to the Tower. We had a memorable meal, with great food and service watching the sun set over the Pisa skyline.Given the location, the price was decent value tool."

The pool, sauna and rouladen blinds led up to the most restful sleep, which we needed. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast - delightful. "We stayed at this hotel before continuing our travels through Italy and planned to return afterward. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. They kindly stored our large luggage as well as some medications that needed refrigeration, which made our trip much easier and allowed us to travel without carrying everything with us. Wir hatten ein schönes großes Zimmer bekommen (kostenloses Zimmerupgrade) und uns wurde sehr vom Personal in einer Notsituation geholfen. Das Hotel hat eine weitläufige grüne Anlage. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet alles, was man braucht."
