Nice modern hotel in downtown Lucca

A very good and spacious hotel, huge rooms (we had a family suite) and very clean and comfy. Lots of closet space and very fresh.

Very clean and new rooms. Breakfast is very good and well served, the staf makes sure nothing is missing at the buffet. Spacious parking lot. Quickly check in/out. Nice pizza place less than 200m from the hotel.

Handy for Lucca

Nice modern hotel. The room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, the bar staff particularly so. We didn't have breakfast but the food and service at dinner was good. Plenty of parking at the rear. There are several local bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby and Lucca centre is about 25 minutes walk.

I got this hotel as alternate solution provided by Tour operator due to canceled reservation of different hotel. Hotel is located outside of Lucca - in the middle of nowhere. Not good for travelers without a car. No free water at the rooms even if it's rated as four stars hotel. It's a shame that a hotel is not providing it for free when a room costs nearly 180€/night. I even think that for a four stars rated hotel it should work on a few details. For me it is currently not a four stars hotel.
