"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is nice and modern, has easy access to public transit, and a good breakfast buffet. Our room had a couple minor issues like a water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, excess water leaking around the door of the shower when we showered, and our toilet seemed to run for awhile after flushing .As well, the sound proofing was average as we could hear a decent amount of outside noise, but overall no major issues and we weren't there long enough to feel the need...

"The host and hostess were absolutely lovely. They were so helpful. They even did a load of laundry for us in the morning when they were washing the linens. Breakfast was delicious. Delicious. Access to the beach was fantastic with lots of restaurant choices within walking distance. The beachfront property was just perfect for our stay and there was a market just across the street for supplies."

"The Art Hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and the buffet breakfast. Good value. The funny thing is that since it was called the Art Hotel we expected to see art throughout the hotel however there wasn’t even a piece on the walls in our room or in the lobby. "

"The staff were approachable friendly and efficient. Breakfast Buffet was an amazing range of options including eggs cooked exactly to order. Plenty of fruit available as well as cereals, nuts etc. Staff worked really hard to keep tables cleared for each new customer. "The hotel, staff and amenities exceeded both of our expectations. The breakfast options were 10/10 and the beach club was excellent. 5-10 euro uber to the old town was reasonable and a supermarket 10 minute walk away allowed us to get drinks/snacks for the room. Really enjoyed our week long stay."

"This hotel is in a great location to walk easily around Split. The area was nice and they had a lovely garden in the back. The staff was so helpful. Maya checked us in and gave us great info on where to go, eat and what to skip. The air conditioning worked in the rooms which says a lot for rooms in Europe. We really liked it here and would definitely stay again. "

"The apartment is so close to the old town, just a few minutes by walk! There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location itself is private and tranquil. Since we went there by car and the parking street was quite far and was on a hill, it was a bit difficult for carrying the luggage. The owner is very kind and helpful!"
