"We stayed at Cornaro Hotel in Split and had a good overall stay, but I think expectations should be set appropriately. The positives: the rooftop was very nice, the room was spacious, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet despite the central location. "Loved this property! It is a boutique hotel built into the mountain so very endearing and not all the amenities you expect with larger, chain properties but lovely! The room and property are very clean, the staff is helpful and everyone speaks English. The view of Omis harbor is majestic. And the rooftop jacuzzi lets you breath it all in. Very highly recommend! I would definitely return to this hotel. "

"My stay was just okay in part because the hotel and I had a dispute about being overcharged. I am partly to blame as well as Expedia but let’s just say no kindness was shown to me. The hotel room was very cute but small (nice amenities including a robe and slippers). The bathroom did not have a curtain on the window which was odd and the door handle pulled out when shutting. "The property is located in a wonderful central area of the city. We did not have a great stay due to no electricity for half a day and no hot water - We were there for 2 days and no hot water. No money was refunded and no solution to move rooms etc.."
