"This was an incredible stay. The location, the breakfast oh that pool, so refreshing after long walks. You can access the entire area by foot. I stayed a week. Never rented a scooter and walked to Ninh binh twice. Freedom was such a relaxing wonderful experience and the little lady who literally sweeps, cleans and smiles all day. "The family that runs this homestay is very warm and friendly. The room was big (surprising for Vietnam!), modern and clean. The best part for us was the view. The limestone mountains and the river we could see out our windows and door were just so picturesque.
