The property and the area are beautiful. Isolated and quiet. The staff were very friendly. A vehicle is needed to get around, specially for dinners since the hotel’s food options weren’t very good.

Incredible service

Travelled with my mum, aunt, and two cousins, and we had a really great stay. The staff is super helpful and respectful, and the service experienced at this hotel is like nothing I’ve experienced ever before! It’s just incredible and extraordinary through and through!

若能多多比較是好的，入住不喜歡要說出來，不然會變成不愉快的出遊

一大早到寧平、入住這家飯店，老板娘很好，讓我們吃免費的早餐，因爲入住時間是下午兩點，所以我們麻煩老闆娘幫我們叫車出遊，回到飯店也晚了，老板娘讓我們入住在邊間的房間，床很大，因爲怕蚊子，進到房間，就把房間門窗關上，沒有補蚊燈、沒有紗窗、還好現在不會太熱，但是廁所的味道就不是很好 ，且緊臨隔壁，星期日又party 到很晚，吵得不得了，因爲是住兩晚，第二晚因為門窗關緊，廁所卻臭到不行 ，打掃人員知情，卻只能打開抽風機，住的環境真的讓人無法忍受，整晚電風扇都ㄧ直吹，上廁所要戴口罩，可想而知，多恐怖的住宿，由於他們英語溝通不好，也只好忍著，不建議住此，交通亦不方便

Kind staff

The place is really a hotel — I think the terms “eco” and “homestay” are used a bit loosely. However, the staff were really lovely from the moment we arrived. The neighboring hotel was playing extremely loud music at night, and the staff very kindly offered to move us to a quieter room. We were able to rent motorbikes from the front desk to explore the area. So beautiful!! It is remote, but there are a few other hotels nearby if you want some variety in your dinner or coffee.

Good hotel in amazing location

The surroundings are amazing, the hotel is in a small village nearby a few other accommodations and surrounded by limestone cliffs. It's close to Mua Cave (30 min by bike on flat street), 15 min bike to boat stand for ride on Trang An river and grottoes, 20 mins to Hoa Lu citadel. They rent bikes at 2.50 dollars a day. The property is generally very clean. We asked to change the room they had initially reserved for us due to music from nearby bar and in the new room the sheets were probably used by other people before us, although the bed was made when we entered. The food in the restaurant is good at affordable prices. Helpful staff, they give receipts for every service or meal you buy from them. The breakfast average, a choice of eggs or pancake, quite greasy. You need to get there by taxi from Ninh Binh railway station (around 150.000 vnd)

Great location, service needs improvement

The property's itself was amazing and I loved the location. Be aware that it's quite secluded with just a few ther hostels right there, so it's only a great option if you are willing to bike or motorbike. However it was peaceful and lovely. The place was also super clean. The service was less great. The staff didn't seem to have it together and the bikes I took kept breaking down. Make sure to double check your bill at the end. There was no malice just they need to be a bit more organized.
