"Very clean and quiet"

"The hosts were extremely friendly and their granddaughter ( Camelia) was a great help in communicating in English. We experienced a typhoon while there which destroyed a lot of local fruit trees and left us without power for a few hours on the second night. All together a decent stay and on a side note transportation will be required if you need to eat out. "

"This was an amazing location, staying amongst the limestone karsts. The pool looked very inviting but we didn't get a chance to use it as there is so much to explore around the area. The host families hospitality was incredible. We played billiards with the kids and their mum gave us a big hug as we left. She is very accommodating and although her English was limited made a great effort with Google translate to communicate well with us. She was very helpful with advice on where to visit. ...

"Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet, perfekt sted for å utforske Ninh-Binh. Alt er en liten gåtur eller sykkeltur unna med lånesykler (gode restauranter, Mua Cave, An Trang båttur). Vi endte opp med å bli en dag ekstra og tok en dagstur til Cuc Phuong nasjonalpark. Familiedrevet homestay med super verdi for pengene, flotte rom, nydelig frokost og bassenget på taket var luksus etter turer på dagen. We were taken around the local area & we were told about, & introduced to, the local way of life. We shared tea & met some amazing people. "We stayed for 2 nights, and although we have visited the temple complex last year, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here this time round. "We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. "Wow! What a beautiful homestay tucked away in a private corner of Ninh Binh. The views and hospitable staff were amazing - they truly went above and beyond to make our time at the lotus field wonderful. At night, there were loud karaoke parties nearby that echoed across the cliffs that we weren’t expecting, and most of the bikes were in tough condition, but all and all 10/10 would recommend a stay here! "
