"We had a wonderful stay at Bliss Tam Coc Hotel. The location is perfect only about a 5-minute drive from Tam Coc town, but it feels completely secluded and peaceful. "I stayed in the mountain view cabin which was lovely. The only negative is the seating areas are bean bags which is not easy to get in or out off when you are older! When we checked in i was so grateful to Lucas who gave us so much information on the area and was great throughout our stay. The pool looked lovely although i didn't use it as i was out most days. "In no particular order, here are our issues. On two of the nights of there was loud parties going on till two or 3:30 in the morning when we attempted to call the front desk, but there were no answers. It’s a good thing we weren’t having a heart attack. The beautiful pond indicated in the photographs is actually a sewage catchment basin . Smelling as though you were sleeping next to an open sewer. "Lovely room with a view. Odd quirk is full length window by shower. Staff was nice and arranged transportation to Hanoi for us. Breakfast was made to order. We had the best beef pho of our whole trip there! Hotel is on a side street so it was quieter but still busy. Close to a few shops and restaurants. I wish it was closer to the main hub of stores etc in Tam Coc but it was easy to get a Grab. A green oasis. "

"The place was a breath of fresh air!!!! 5 min on the bike to everything in town. They have bikes for you to use for FREE!!!! the staff Kelly hue and another gentleman (please forgive me I forgot his name) were AMAZING helped us out with everything that we needed assisted us with things to do and what to see. "good pool but the gym and pool hours end too early at 7 pm or 8 pm. No pool towels even at noon. Breakfast staff for pho and egg station leaves the station an hour before breakfast ends. Pho soup is better than some street vendors. Room is a bit outdated with wall cracks but the room is still big with updated bathrooms. "
