"I arrived in the hotel at midnight. The person in the front desk was unhelpful. The rooms are far away from the reception so if you arrived at midnight in a taxi you have to walk by yourself with your suitcases. When I finally arrived in my room I discovered the toiled was dirty (with poo)I called ..."
