"ห้องพักสะอาด เงียบและเดินทางสะดวกมาก"

"การเดินทางออกไปใหนค่อนข้างลำบาก"

"A really lovely place to stay. Excellently located just out of the city centre and close to public transport links, it was very convenient for access to all of Singapore's 'must see' attractions. The hotel itself is lovely, clean and well-appointed, although the rooms are somewhat small, so you will need to be a little creative with storage, especially if you are staying for more than a few days! Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful and honestly could not do enough for us. We...

"朝食やホテルのプール最高でした。"

"The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

"The hotel was very good for the price. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The room was generally fine but we were disappointed with the bathroom where the shower pressure was quite low and little hot water. The basin tap also didn’t function properly. A bit of bathroom maintenance would be a good idea. The location of the hotel is within walking distance of an MRT station. Generally, the hotel was very good."

"Hardware (villa itself, lobby etc) was very nice and still very new. It was very pleasant to be staying in the villa. Suggest to change hair dryer to Dyson please. Service - Could be improved. Hardly the standard you'd expect from Raffles and at this price point. Butler - Nice young guy but attitude unfort, was gen Z. I had a t-shirt to do laundry on, asked him for the laundry rate, and he told me to check the paper in the laundry bag... Villa snacks - Complimentary daily refill never...

"ติดสถานนีรถใต้ดิน เดินทางสะดวก ในหัองมีปลั๊กแบบuniversal ไม่ต้องนำหัวแปลงมา **อยากให้โรงแรมดูดฝุ่นพื้นห้อง"

"The infinity pool is great for families. The shuttle for visits is resourceful and pass every 15 minutes. The walk along the marina is peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The attendants are very friendly."

"Very nice and warm from staffs. The hotel very fantastic and luxury. One disappointed is long waiting time and long queues in breakfast time."

"I really like the staff at this hotel, from the lobby to the bellboy. All staff have a passion for service, friendly, polite. Assist in any request I'm impressed with this hotel. And I will definitely go back to stay again. There is a location. There is a shopping mall in the hotel, a lot of food, like, love, impress"
