Great resort on Sentosa. The staff was excellent & our room (family room) was perfect. The room was a suite attached to a regular room, so it was basically 2 hotel rooms & a living area.

Beautiful hotel in beautiful location. Very quiet only a B bus ride from all attractions and Sofitel bus takes you to Harbour city Only down side was they over cook the bacon Definitely come back too Sofitel

Awesome place! Yes it’s Pet Friendly though it was not stated clearly in our booking reservation that it’s an extra surcharge well that’s not an issue for us. Hence they need to do better to state it upon confirmation of the booking. Another annoying instance was the facility technician just came an announced and open our room without a gesture of knocking first nor a doorbell, that’s simply common sense. Totally unexpected a simple courtesy should be imposed/instilled by nature, Otherwise everything could have been absolutely perfect and PAWFECT staycation for our little prince except this uncalled for incidents.

Beautiful property, pathways all alongside pretty ponds/waterways. The staff go above and beyond which makes this hotel really stand out. The rooms are large, clean and spacious. The bar is a lovely comfortable place to sit and enjoy a cocktail in the evening. The only negative thing I have to say about the whole hotel is that that the pool area is looking a bit tired, all it needs is to upgrade the sunbeds/cushions etc and it would get a 10/10.

The check in staff did not inform us that breakfast is include . In fact, when I asked, was told that it’s not included . We were also not told that there’s a dining voucher included in the booking. We were told during check out. Thanks to Darren, the supervisor /manager who made alternative arrangements for us to utilise what we’ve missed. Although there’s this hiccup during our stay , it was all made up. Overall , happy with the stay!

Good resort style hotel that makes you feels relax

Very cosy n out of the town kind of resort. Very relaxing and feel like it's on an island on it's own. Quiet n peaceful at night. Rebec have a small pond with those dead skin eating fishes to soak my feet in. Love the big deep pool that comes with life jackets for kids as well as adults who can't swim. Even have swimming float and big swan inflatable to sit on. Love the sumptuous buffet breakfast with variety of food to choose from. We are greatly pampered.

Excellent facility but for a facilty this expensive it only has one huge restaurant with very limited staff. We have to hunt for our waiter to pay our bill. The hotel has mo gift shop and bathrooms are not equipped with bidets!

No way to get proper food or snacks after 10 though they claim they have all day dining. Complete let down. Room was dusty and we had the junior suite. We did massages at the spa and the shuttle service timing was horrible. Prepare to waste about 3 hours including travel time for a 1 hour session

It was the Worst experince i ever had on the hotel That Calls themselves 5 stars.The House Phone is not working.the Service Lead time takes ages.pls Dont recommend anyone to this place.its the Worst venue in singapore.I am Talking with the manager as we speak for The full refund.pls stay away from this place!!!!i have no choice if i have the Luxury to know the condition of the villa That i Paid,i Would Definitely take a Rain check.i Will not be back!
