Very good place to stay. Extremely close to everything on Sentosa. Location is excellent. Big pool, good rooms, helpful staff. Gym good but a couple of pieces not working.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Certain aspects of customer service was lacking though - simple requests for cutlery/a baby cot took 1 to 4 hours to deliver. This seems more like a miscommunication rather than lack of effort. Room also had various aspects lacking such as taps with faucets which are not working properly. Hotel itself was extremely convenient to access through the sky train at Imbiah station. One can also easily walk to RWS. Overall all experience was Good.

Beautifully appointed hotel within short waking distance to the Oceanarium, Universal Studios as many other Sentosa Island attractions. Hotel had helpful and attentive staff. The rooms had great amenities. Highly recommended!

Hotel was very nice. It might be unfair to review as we came from the Disney Adventure and nothing can compare to the service you get there. When we arrived we were greeted by a man behind the desk, he was friendly and helpful, but when we arrived he complained that he was supposed to finish his shift, but had to stay now we had arrived. That made us feel pretty lousy and wasn't a good first impression. Counter staff seemed very busy, almost like we were interrupting them when we asked for towels for the pool. One lady literally started typing at her computer again with one hand as she handed us the towels with the other, all without making eye contact. All other staff were friendly. I don't think I would stay here again.

The staff are all very friendly, efficient and proactive. The front desk staff offered towels to us when we were on the way to swimming pools. The only down side is that there were other guests who didn’t respect the swimming pool rule and was playing with the life saving ring even when they had been stopped once, and they were trying to remove our towels from the chair. Their behaviors were very disturbing and we had to cut short our time there.

Our first family staycation with our little one was much less intimidating with great help from the service staff from the hotel- even before our stay! Our concerns were addressed before we made the booking and we were so glad that we chose this hotel! The Staff, Peter, was super friendly and helped us with our items, offered umbrella when the weather was gloomy and offered our baby snacks! The hotel acceded to our request for baby amenities such as steriliser, baby tub, baby cot, shower amenities, and even upgraded our room which made our stay very comfortable and memorable! We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a short getaway or staycay at Sentosa! Worth the money (: Baby really enjoyed herself too, including a quick swim in the bath tub (:
