But I contacted the number provided and Aldo email me all the directions to get the keys and get in. Once in the floor was very nice and rooms were huge! Audrey was excellent and made us cafe lattes during breakfast. Shower pipes made noise, room facing major street was loud. Also the lift was very little for big luggage and held one person. Getting in and out was a little tricky, with multiple doors to unlock and an elevator that sometimes wasn't available because previous occupants hadn't closed the door properly, but in some ways those added to our experience of what it's like to live in Rome. "Very close to everything, no need to get a taxi or to drive for sight seeing. We could walk or catch the train easily. The apartment was clean and modern, and our host was excellent! The only slight drawback was that there wasn’t really any common area where we could sit and have a drink which was hard since we were traveling with another couple and would have liked to do so especially in the morning. That being said, we would stay there again, happily."

"This place was great! Small and quiet, with very kind helpful staff. The room and bathroom were both very nice and glad there was a mini fridge for our drinks! Only downside was being on the 6th floor you either had to walk all the way up or use old elevator. Would definitely book here again! In a great area too, able to walk to Vatican City in 10 minutes or less."

"The property manager was excellent and was very helpful to our needs. Air conditioning was excellent as well as the walk ability to get around. We were able to walk to every site of interest. Only drawbacks were the room’s fridge did not cool, but easily accessible was the communal kitchen that had a small fridge. Overall we were pleased with our experience."
