"Clean but very basic. Beds are a small double, not ideal for couples at all. Photos misleading. The ‘bathroom’ is better described as a telephone booth. It’s like the pocket knife of bathrooms; you can brush your teeth, have a shower & drop the kids off, all at the same time! - once again very misleading photos, tiny. Staff weren’t useless but they weren’t exactly helpful. Very blunt, seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else, don’t blame them to be fair. Anyway, up the arsenal! CHAMPIONS CHAMPIONS CHAMPIONS OLE OLE OLE"

"This is a fairly basic hotel that met our needs while visiting London for a few days. Our stay was quiet and comfortable. Furnishings are simple. It was super helpful that the Tube, a convenience store, and a quick breakfast spot were very close by. Having more toiletries and a small refrigerator would have been helpful. Overall, this was a decent stay."

"The AC didn’t work properly and it was noisy. Plus the Telephone didn’t work - it was all crackly. It took ages for anyone to answer the phone and I tried all the options. I eventually got through to room service and the person said that I had a problem with my phone and hung up the first time. Thankfully when I checked to find how long it would take for my club sandwich it was going to take 45 mins which was very slow. If I had not asked the room service woman wouldn’t have said how long I would have had to wait. Thought the device was poor."
