"GREAT Property and AMAZING STAFF. However, I do have to note two things that give me pause on going back there (at least when it is super hot). 1) The beach is rough and not great to swim in. Now, bear with me, this is only important because of point 2) the pool is a bathtub. The water was so hot by the end of the day it was almost uncomfortable. "While the El Encanto studio rooms are a bit dated, need some repair and may have a musty smell, Hacienda Encantada does make it all up with the service they provide. From the housekeeping service, to the pool bar service, and restaurant service, they all were great. This is the second time that we vacation here, and we will be returning.
