My mother and I enjoyed our stay the staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious bedding were comfortable and clean however the bedroom windows need a deep clean it was dirty and the walls there were dirt marks. Breakfast was good each day loved the fruits . 7/10

Good Value with Great Views of Cabo

The hotel's rooftop swimming pool offers a panoramic view of Cabo including the famous bay and the hotel itself is refreshingly stylish. The breakfast is a proper breakfast with scrambled eggs and some Mexican dishes, and the hotel also offers coffee and snacks throughout the day. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet. The front desk was friendly and helpful, and a couple of the clerks as well as some of the other staff spoke at least some English. A few restaurants, bars, and a supermarket with a deli are within walking distance, while the main area of Cabo San Lucas is a 10-15 drive.

Check in was good. Staff were helpful. Parking is limited. The room was a standard and the bed was really hard but it was clean. Noise between rooms is poor. After several hours of listening to the couple in the room next door going at it we had to request a quieter space. Staff were helpful and made the room change.

The staff were incredible, but the overall cleanliness was lacking in the room. Old and stained towels, bathroom was not the best and the sheets had some stains. The elevator wasn’t even wiped clean. Our room didn’t have WiFi connection which was awful. The redeeming qualities were the view from the pool upstairs and the friendly staff. The breakfast wasn’t bad, but this kid kept coughing so I didn’t want to eat. Overall, they are much better places to stay. Lesson learned - don’t believe pics online and do not compromise comfort.

Internet was not working during my entire stay. The water in the shower had not pressure, and it took forever to warm up, almost didn't think there was no hot water. I would definitely not stay in this hotel again. The only positive aspect of this hotel, was the location, if you are in town for business.

We were treated very professionally by all staff members, however, we did not find any person who spoke English, it could be a problem for some. The property location was the main issue, a little too far from town. It's possible to take the public bus going to town but upon your return you must get Uber, there's no way to cross the road specially at night. On our third day, there was a major plumbing problem, there was no hot water and we were moved to another property free of charge. It was inconvenient to pack and wait for the manager to take us to the other property. I realize that this problem was out of their control, I think they did the best to make us feel comfortable. The actual room was clean, spacious and had AC working. The TV screen was small and mostly Spanish channels with only CNN in English. The breakfast offered some Mexican breakfast that we did not care for, we simply enjoyed the fruit. I was expecting to see a restaurant at the property but there's none. The pool area is pretty and no one there.

The water was shut off all night. When the water was turned back on. There was no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. The breakfast was yogurt and fruit and make you own waffle. They advised a restaurant on the premises, there wasn’t.
