"We stayed at the Hilton Santa Monica Hotel & Suites for 3 nights, before flying out to Hawaii. From a smooth check in, to being allocated a spacious and comfortable room on the 7th floor. The room was very clean and it had a very comfortable bed. We had breakfast in the hotel. This was very fresh and had lots of choices. I used the fitness room/gym. This was well equipped, with a range of CV machines, weight machines and dumbbells. All the hotel staff (front desk, restaurant and cleaning etc) were very polite and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Hilton and would highly recommend the hotel. The hotel’s location is in easy walking distance to the Pier, lots of shops and restaurants etc. "

"Room was not as advertised. Paid for high floor and still looked at wall. When I raised with desk staff was totally blown off. No coffee maker in rooms so you need to dress and go downstairs for coffee in the morning. Breakfast room service doesn’t start until 7am, not great for east coast visitors. "

"Smooth checkin with on-site manager. Nice unit with kitchen facilities. Unique old hotel with lot of residents from the fires. Very quiet."
