"The location was wonderful, right on the Canal and across the canal from the train station. We had a beautiful junior suite that was spacious and faced the canal. The staff was amazing. They carried bags when the lift was being repaired, arranged transportation to the airport, gave directions, made dinner reservations, and even packed us breakfast to go for an early morning flight. It was lovely in every way and we highly recommend."

"チェックイン時間よりかなり早く着いてしまいましたが、すぐチェックイン手続きを行ってくれて部屋に案内してくれました！フロントのスタッフ、ベルボーイ、朝食会場のウェイトレス、ハウスキーパーの皆さんは、私がイタリア語も英語もほとんど喋れないのにも関わらずなるべく簡単な英語で説明してくれたり挨拶してくれました。とても素敵な宿泊となりました。ヴェネツィアに旅行する際はまた利用したいです！"

"Good rooms, amazing city, terrible service. The rooms were average size, quiet, and very clean. The neighbourhood is lovely, and positioned conveniently close to the train station and transit. Customer service was disappointing, though: every staff interaction gave a clear impression that guests were an annoyance. If you’re looking for a clean place to sleep, the hotel is fine. If you’re looking for your hotel to be part of your Venice experience, I’d look elsewhere."

"Quite a walking distance from the station but room was nice. They allowed us to put our luggage in the room early when we reached around 11am. The cleaning was actually done while the contact was explaining stuff to us, and we were able to check in. Room includes a washing machine, with a kitchen area with induction cooker and utensils provided. We made our own pasta by buying ingredients from a nearby convenient store"

"Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by."

"The best things about the apartments are firstly, the incredible service from Andrea and her team. They could not be more helpful and friendly- they really make your stay special. Secondly, the location is absolutely perfect. Having never been to Venice before, we really lucked out booking this place. Being so close to Rialto bridge so you can access other parts of Venice, with a Vaporetta stop on your doorstep, and yet it felt quiet and peaceful as well. The apartment was very well equipped....
