"Great amenities, attentive staff, nice clean room with a very large and comfortable bed. Yes, it's a love hotel, but dont let that dissuade you. It is not a seedy establishment whatsoever"

"This hotel is a great find! Very spacious and comfortable rooms and beds, decent breakfast, good location and super nice staff. The easy to use self service laundry was a plus! Certainly would stay again! "

"First of all, the place was spotless and massive in Japan standard! It was definitely a great place for a family to stay as has 2 room that have closed sliding door and a large eating in living room. Comes with laundry so you don’t have to overpack and come with full kitchen utility for those late night snacking.
The only downside is staircase. There there is a long flight of stairs going into the building which is a little steeper than usual.

"Loved the layout of the rooms for 4 grown adults in Japan. Shower / bathroom was very nice for the price. Area has plenty of great places to eat with locals and transportation via train easily accessible. I would 100% come back for my next trip to Japan! "

"Fantastic location, twin rooms are a good size, the amenities were better than most other places we had stayed, onsite konbini and really helpful staff. "
"Rooms very clean and wonderfully quiet. Stylish design. Balcony in the heart of Tokyo was a lovely bonus. Washbasin area in the bathroom was quite dark with a single downlighter. Lack of room service was a slight disappointment but lots of convenience stores nearby. Japanese Bath was wonderful and a huge highlight!"
"Rooms were very small compared to Osaka and Kyoto but that’s what you pay for. Although it’s small it has everything you need. They clean every 3 days and request you put your used towels and trash out for them to pick up and replace. They have self check in and out but there are staff present to help. They offer luggage transfer and have a bath in the basement tattoos must be covered. "
"I had a good experience as always. Very convenient location in Shinjuku since it's right next to the subway station which serves Fukutoshjn and Oedo line. This is the only hotel I stay at in Tokyo. I highly recommend."
"the check-in by Trinh was very smooth, the room was great for our 2 kids (7 and 12), the in-house washing machine was very appreciated. the location was around 1km away from central shinjuku which was fine."
