Hotel is clean and the housekeeping team did a great job for keeping my room clean every day. Check-in and check-out have been a smooth or trouble-free. Location is good when arriving and departing at Haneda Airport and close proximity to popular train station like Shinagawa and Ginza.

Room was in new condition and clean, staff was very friendly. Area outside was seedy but interesting

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The room was a perfect size and not too small. The staff were extremely helpful. If you select the breakfast there get there at 6:25am. The restaurant gets extremely packed. Other than that, I will be using this hotel again for future visits.

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower
It was excellent, and I am told by Japanese friends that this was the best APA hotel they have seen. Three problems: 1) The windows didn't open 2) The A/C on the room only made it cooler, not hotter. There was a dial to adjust the temperature, but the man at the front desk told me that did not work. ...
