"Good location. Helpful staff. Only downside was the room size. I suggest getting a 2 bed room instead of the one bed for 2 people. There was no room for everyone one carry on suitcase so we had to climb over luggage to get in and out of the room. Bed was very hard. Room and hallway was all old smelling ..."

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
"Ammenities were great, but the rooms and bathrooms were very small and tight. The area is a business area since it is close to the Tokyo Metropolitan building. What was really convenient was the Airport Limousine Bus that stops right in front of the hotel."

"After arriving at 12.45 am from a long flight, it was very easy to find the hotel and no problem checking in with very helpful check in staff. Room was very clean and quiet and we had a good night's sleep. Highly recommend this hotel."
