"The hotel was centrally located and extremely convenient. The room was on the smaller side, as expected for central Tokyo, but very comfortable. The shower was amazing."

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
"When we got to the hotel the check in was pure chaos. There were not enough rooms for many they booked and must of been around 100 people waiting in the lobby. When we got our room it was so small we couldn’t barely open our suitcase inside of it. The staff was nice but definitely over worked so ..."

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, breakfast was good and catered to both Japanese and western cuisine. Convenience stores and restaurants on lower levels. This hotel is more for Japanese business, so the rooms are considered small for western people, but still spacious enough."
