The check in was through a kiosk so you didn't have to interact too much with the front desk staff. You scan your own passport and given the key with detailed information of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was small, but had good tasting items for low cost. The staff were all friendly when encountered. The Ariake Garden Mall is a few mins walk from the hotel and had lots of restaurants and things to do inside. The room was clean, but slightly small even for a family of four with two young children. Good area to stay if you want to explore Toyosu.

The room was very well kept, fresh towels were delivered every day to our door (we had the "do not need cleaning" sign on our door for the whole stay), staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect near the Ariake-tennis-no-mori station. The shuttle service to Tokyo Big Sight was very helpful as well. All in all a great experience!

My stay at Far east village Hotel was a great experience I would recommend it to anyone who wants to come, the staff is amazing, respectful and very helpful, I only had breakfast once at the hotel, and the food was great and with great quality, the area around this hotel is peaceful and quiet and everything is close and convenient. I would definitely stay again.

I loved this hotel. We stayed here our last night in Japan before heading to Narita the next day. It was a wonderful change from the cityscape and the first portion of our fascinating trip to Japan. The aerial train tracks offering an amazing look at and winding through the incredible buildings leading into this area is worth the trip! We enjoyed dinner at the 5 level "mall", it's all we wanted, our trip was winding down. The area is in an event capital, so many young people after participating in their sport. The hotel was close to the train station, easy to get out in the morning.

We booked Fast East Village as is was close to the cruise terminal and so easy to get into Tokyo central. The hotel is soooo clean, has really big sized rooms and such lovely staff. Would deffo recommend for cruise travellers looking to stay extra nights in Tokyo.

Beautiful hotel! The staff were very friendly and were all quite fluent in english making communication after a long day of activities and commuting a lot easier haha. I loved the view from our room, the walk to the station was really quick and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Would gladly book to stay here again!
