Convenient Hotel with 15 min promenade to Shinagawa station and only a few minutes to the monorail. Having this close to the monorail really helped us with an early flight back home from Haneda. Great location if you want close access to Haneda, Shinagawa and Odaiba!

The hotel is relatively close to Haneda airport, can be easily accessed by taking monorail. There are lots of restaurants (izakaya, ramen, etc) in Shinagwa, you can take the free shuttle bus to get there which is quite convenient. I like the fried noodles in breakfast, it is delicious, taste like UFO fried noodles. I also stayed in another Toyoko Inn (Tokyo Shinjuku Kabukicho) in this trip but they don’t serve fried noodles during my stay. I missed the fried noodles and hope they serve it in all Toyoko Inn. The self serve locker is great. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you for the service.

Toyoko Inn is located close to Haneda airport and walking distance to Shinagawa station which made it easy for transportation. The hotel had an easy check in and check out process. They had everything we needed for a comfortable night stay, staff were kind and helpful, and the room (including toilet room) had enough space for the 2 of us. The breakfast buffet surpassed our expectations and we really liked that it started early at 6:30am. Would stay here again!

The Room: Finding a room for four in Tokyo is often a challenge, but this hotel accommodated us easily with one double and two single beds. The beds felt spacious even by European standards. The wet-room style bathroom was perfectly functional for a short stay. The Amenities: For UK traveller, this chain is essentially the Japanese equivalent of a Premier Inn. The Japanese-style breakfast buffet was a surprise highlight; our family loved dining alongside local business commuters, though Western options (pastries, cereal) are available too. The self-service luggage lockers were also a massive plus—no instructions needed and very convenient. The Location: Perfectly positioned for the end of our trip. After arriving from Kyoto, we found it easily accessible via a short bus ride (or quick walk) from Shinagawa Station. It’s located in a quiet, urban area with a 7/11, Starbucks, and affordable local eats nearby. Crucially, it’s a short walk to the station for a one-stop trip to Odaiba (to see the Unicorn Gundam) and offers a direct, stress-free route to Haneda Airport. The Service: Check-in and out are handled via automated kiosks, but staff are always on hand to help. Despite being a business hotel, the service was polite, attentive, and very family-friendly. They even offer a free shuttle bus to and from the station. Verdict: It may officially be a 2-star hotel, but it punches well above its weight. Strategically perfect, affordable, and highly recommended for families too :)

We stayed here for a few days at the start of our holiday. There was no communication about the bus that went to Shinagawa Station and where to get it from so we took public transport to get to the hotel. Entry was via the garage and a lot of construction. Once inside the checkin process was mostly easy. We booked two rooms and I didn't match the passports on the checkin so they had to come change / fix it. We got two rooms close to each other on the top floor. The views would hae been great except for all the construction boarding around the area. The rooms were very small and the beds very hard. The pillows even harder. Once we got over that the shuttle to the station and back was a life saver and used very often. The breakfasts included were okay. They often ran out of food and you had to wait a while for the next batch to arrive. The choice was pretty limited, but we found something every day. Overall not bad, not brilliant, but worked for us. The ice cream machine downstairs doesn't come with anything to eat it with (stick, spoon) but the drinks were nice and the 7-11 around the corner was very useful.

stayed 7 nights! excellent hotel. staff are friendly and helpful. hotel is in a great location and 30 minutes from disney and central tokyo via train. area is quiet and safe. lots of supermarkets and shops in walking distance . the breakfast is only until 9 am, mostly local cuisine's and limited options when travelling with a fussy western 10 year old, but plenty of choice if your not a fussy eater
