Very clean small shoe box side Tokyo hotel with impressively great service by the stuff, Rather have more walking space than strange and unnecessary large bed - 2 full size bed side by side. Because it was small and no common bath/spa, I will not return to this property.

My second stay at the Tosei Cocone Okachimachi as a solo visitor. Wonderfully located for dining, shops and transport. Typically (for Japanese) small room had all I needed. A very comfortable 8 night stay. Interactions with front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and pleasant. Would stay again.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Hotel was very accessible to metro stops. We'd booked the King bed room and it was quite a wide bed. Room was super compact, but functional, even included a humidifier. Plenty of charging points. Bathroom too was tight but well designed, met all our needs. Breakfast at the restaurant downstairs didn't work too well for us as we are vegetarian. Hotel location sucks for vegetarians as very limited options nearby. We loved the hotel otherwise - great value for money. Next trip we'll try another part of Tokyo.

Amazing location - train on the Yamanote line which go around all the must see in Tokyo. The lifts has a long wait sometimes specially during check-out times. The staff are very helpful and friendly - we managed to check in at 12nn by paying an extra AUD$30 which is quite cheap compared to other hotels 😊

Wonderful stay with a bath, a view, and wonderful room and desk service. Really liked this location, as it was proximate to many great food options and shopping. Much more enjoyable, convenient, and budget friendly than APA from my own experience!
