Loved the central location of the hotel. The room was spacious and it was so handy to have the in-room washing machine. To top it off, the Refa shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer provided was so good!

Perfect location for exploring Ginza. You can walk (15 min) or take a train. 4 minutes walk to the train station. Best part is every morning waking and going to the Tsukiji market for breakfast.

The staff were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in. Breakfast was provided through a coupon for a nearby café, which could be used toward our order—a convenient arrangement. However, the room was extremely small, with barely enough space for our luggage. It was the smallest room we stayed in during our entire trip to Japan. While the service was good, the limited room space was a significant drawback.

Loved the whole experience the staff spoke English. Located easily to multiple subway lines commuting was easy lots of great places to eat. Breakfast had three restaurants to chose from from a set menu ..coffee station and tea available in the lobby. Loved the washing machine in the room made it easy to travel light Highly recommended

Hotel is adjacent to Tsukiji outer market. Close to Tokyo Metro subway stations and walking distance to Ginza. Staff was very helpful. Having a washing machine and a small kitchen sink in the room was great!

The location is very convenient, and although the room is small, it has everything you need, including a washer and dryer. The bathroom is a little dated. My only complaint is that the coffee machine is only in the lobby and the coffee was often out, so I had to buy my own coffee.

Great location! Walk out directly into the market. We got the breakfast included and the cafe offered was great, we made sure to stop by every morning. Staff was extremely helpful with everything and very patient with us as we are not Japanese speakers. They were very accommodating sending our luggage to our next city stop during our vacation. We were visiting Japan for several weeks so the laundry option within our room was a lifesaver. I would add if you’re going to use it be sure and allocate enough time as the washing/drying process is very lengthy. Nothing particularly special about the rooms maybe a little older, but we were looking for something that was walkable, budget friendly, and a laundry option. Could not recommend this hotel enough!!

This hotel was amazing. The staff is very nice, I’ll be amenities are nice as well and I like the location. It’s definitely a good place to stay. If you don’t wanna stay in busy areas also the public transportation system is close by!
