Decent room for good price

Stayed in 201, 9 minute walk to the subway and the jr station. The room was super clean.. its a little tight for 4 people, but all we did was sleep and rest. There are two showers on the second floor.. the hot water and size was amazing.. bummed it wasn't in the room... but it wasn't a deal breaker.. there is a toilet on each floor, a little small but.. all japanese rooms are tiny..it was quiet and easy to check in.. the only complaint I had was wish we had more towels for a 14 day stay!!!

nous étions dans une chambre double ou seul les deux lits pouvaient s y trouvaient. pas de place pour les valises. un placard ferme donc indisponible. Pas de rideaux à toutes les fenêtres ( au japon le soleil se lève à 4H30.... je vous laisse imaginer nos fins de nuit....). les photos ne correspondent pas au lieu. les WC pas très propres et cassés. les douches très vétustes.

The room 4A is terrible small and is a fake doubel bed room! You must not use this room for service and you should clearly show the photo of each room on the booking website. I’ll never recommend anyone to stay here!

There are no staff around to check you in. However, you can easily WhatsApp the owner and he will let you know what to do. Replies very quickly so no issues with that. No curfew, which is good. If you wish to vacuum your room, there are vacuum cleaners located on each floor for your usage. About 10 mins walk to Otsuka station. Quite a few interesting eating and drinking places along the way, with a 7-11 and Family Mart. This is a very basic place so if you don't mind being on your own, this is alright. Room we got (301) was larger than most Japanese hostels and hotels so nothing to complain about that. There's a small restaurant downstairs we didn't try but looks quaint. Three vending machines that charge only 100yen per drink. Even has corn soup or red bean soup.

Kun saavuimme, hotellilla ei ollut varaustamme lainkaan näkyvissä, ja huoneeseemme oli majoitettu aivan muut vieraat. Pääsimme lopulta tilapäisesti toiseen huoneeseen (jonka siivous oli selkeästi vielä kesken), josta parin päivän päästä muutimme siihen huoneeseen, jonka olimme alun perin varanneet. Alun perin varattu huone oli kuitenkin äärimmäisen pieni (harhaanjohtava kuva, todellisuudessa vain sängyn levyinen koppi). Vaikka huoneen piti olla kahdelle hengelle ja sängyn parisänky, todellisuudessa sänky oli selkeästi vain yhdelle hengen levyinen, eikä huoneessa ollut paljon muuta. Nukkuminen oli ahdasta ja epämukavaa. Hotellin henkilökunnan jäsenistä vain yksi puhui englantia, ja hän oli vain silloin tällöin paikalla. Huoneiden siivous ei ollut kovin tarkkaa, sillä esim. ilmastointilaitteen suodatin oli niin paksussa pölyssä, että sen käyttö ärsytti hengitysteitä. Henkilökunta ei tarkastanut tietojamme sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä, eikä tarjonnut lukittua tilaa matkatavaroille huoneenvaihdon ajaksi. Hotelli myös unohti ilmoittaa meille sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä, että ulko-ovi lukitaan klo 22 ja tämän jälkeen sisäänpääsyyn vaaditaan ovikoodi. Jäimme yhtenä iltana ulos lukkojen taakse, sillä meille ei ollut annettu ovikoodia. Onneksi saimme lopulta koodin puhelimitse, mutta ihmetystä herätti, ettei meiltä kysytty edes nimiä. Kaikin puolin turvaton ja ikävä kokemus, jonka myötä matkasta oli vaikea nauttia.

有史以來住過最爛的青旅

我是預訂三人房五天，訂房確認信上面告知我們是入住301號房，301號房房門上註明"定員2名"的字樣，已經入住兩天後傳訊息告知我們入住錯誤的房間，我們住的是401，並要求我們換房間，並在未經同意的情況下擅自進入301號房，將我們的行李搬到401號房，並且401號房的房門上著名的是"定員一名"的字樣，房間非常小，在單人房的房間硬塞了一張雙人床，導致沒有空間放行李，行李無法打開，在剛開始入住的第一天也沒有告知一樓門口的密碼，在我們晚上10點抵達飯店門口，才發現門口有密碼無法進入，才打電話與飯店聯繫請它們提供密碼，當時進入301號房的時候地板上有很多頭髮，垃圾桶有錢房客留下的垃圾，感覺非常的差，如果來東京千萬不要入住這家旅店，在我們從301換到401號房的時候就決定要換飯店，當天晚上11點多與飯店聯繫，並要求退款等相關事宜，但是處理態度很差，總之非常不推薦這家旅館。

Впечатление самые лучшие, точно с удовольствием бы остался в этом отеле в следующую поездку в Японию. Был англоговорящий персонал в тот период когда мы проживали. Кухня замечательная, традиционная. Антураж номеров очень близок к традиционному японскому дому. Расположение отеля так вообще конфетка. Очень хороший район, в котором есть всё и очень тихо по ночам.

清潔感…

値段が値段なので多くは求められないと思いますが、せめて清潔感だけは欲しかったです。 連泊だったので遊んで帰ってきた時に綺麗な部屋やトイレ、シャワーで休める環境だと良かったと思いました。

주택가 사이에 있음

주택가 사이에 있어 일본사람들이 어뜨게 사는지 볼수있어요. 계단이 좀 좁지만 방은 넓고 베란다도 있어서 좋았습니다. 다만 샤워실이 공용이다보니 머라카락으로 배수구가 막혀있더군요. 주인장이 치웠겠지만 위생이 좀 흠 이었습니다. 아 그리고 일본 가정식 아침식사를 원하는분은 500엔을 내고 1층에서 사먹을수있습니다.
