This hotel was in a great location. Lawson's right next door, restraunts right next door, less than a five min walk to metro. Safe area and walkable to lots of shopping and food options. Rooms and property super clean and staff was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were on the smaller size compared to North America standards but still comfortable.

The staff were very helpful, patient and out going. 室内の設備(延長コード、電気をつけるのにカードキーを差し込む所に差し込める代わりのカード、枕元のコンセント、USBなど)は今まで泊まったビジネスホテルの中で一番良かったです。 部屋の外の音も全く聞こえなかったので、防音もバッチリだと思いました。 自分で選べるアメニティに入浴剤があるのも良かったです。疲れた体をお湯にゆっくり浸かって癒すことができました。 東京滞在の最終日はいつも銀座のホテルの開店待ちをするので、立地も抜群に良かったです。 また東京滞在の時には利用したいと思います。
