Japan Stay

I received such a nice welcome at this hotel. Had a wonderful stay. Also, I love the dog who greets all the guests. That's an extra perk at Ban Hotel. I would like to thank all the staff members for providing such a great service. The location is great too! You can walk to Tsukiji outer market and the subway is a walking distance.g

This hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Tsukiji station and 2 minutes walk from Tsukiji market. Perfect location if you are planning to have breakfast at the fish market. Plenty of options and most of the restaurants and shops open by 8am.

As was the case with my entire stay in Japan, the staff was more than accommodating to my lack of Japanese. Nice small (as is the case with most Japanese hotels) room. Convenient location, especially considering the amazing Japanese transportation systems.

A quality and budget place to stay in Tokyo. Excellent location just opposite to Tsukijin Fish Market and near Ginza. The room is not small when compared to other budget hotel in Tokyo. It even included tasty sukiyaki breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. But I lived on 3/F and i was still able to hear a bit of the traffic outside at night and the curtain of the room was not long enough to block all the sunshine in the morning. Still, I will choose it again when I visit Tokyo next time.

Front desk staff were very friendly! They were able to store my luggage before and after checkout with no problem. It's an older hotel, but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was pretty spacious as far as Japanese hotels go. Some rooms allow smoking but I didn't smell any smoke in my non-smoking room. Incredibly close to Tsukiji fish market, making it a great breakfast option. The dog at the front desk was very cute!

I have never slept on a WORSE BED in my life. It was rock hard, it was truly like sleeping on the floor. The hotel staff refused to acknowledge this was an issue, trying hard to convince me it was an expensive mattress. Initially they said they didn't have any extra blankets that I could pad the bed with, but eventually they found a couple of extra blankets but honestly it did very little to make the bed better and I woke up with terrible back pain. We were supposed to say 4 nights, but left after the first night, which ended up being an expensive nuisance and a frustrating experience.

직원분들도 친절하고 매일 청소해주셔서 좋았어요. 위치가 쫌 애매할수 있지만 츠즈키 시장 바로 앞이라 백종원의 스푸파에 나온 덮밥울 먹을수도 있고 신선한 해산물도 많아요(대신 비쌈) 우동/라멘 맛집도 있어요. 숙소는 저렴하고 넓어서 생할하기 쾌적했습니다.

フロントの受付の対応はとても素晴らしいです。 部屋はとても最悪でした。ユニットバスは新しく綺麗なのですが、部屋は汚く、変な匂いがするのと、床はシミだらけで気持ち悪かったです。なにより最悪なのは、ベッドで、岩みたいに硬く、一睡もできませんでした。床で寝るのと変わりないです。国内外で100回以上ホテルに宿泊していますが、1番ひどい部屋だと思いました。
