ホテルは16階にロビーがあり、部屋は22階までの高層階で眺めは良かったです 空腹時はB１階(地下)にコンビニや食事のできる店がいろいろとありました アクセス りんかい線品川シーサイド駅から５分 ホテル前の品川シーサイド駅ロータリーから、羽田空港リムジンバスや品川駅行きバス等発着してます 最後にイオンも近くにあり、いろいろと便利で、ホテルも良かったです

サンルートホテル時代から東京滞在時には毎回宿泊しているリピーターです。品川シーサイド駅直結で交通の利便性最高。レストラン街、イオンモールとも直結しており食事や買い物にも困りません。全室17階以上で景観良く、朝食ビュッフェも充実。宿泊費も手頃。コインランドリーもあり長期滞在もOK。一方、ユニットバスなど部屋施設の古さは否めないが、総じて満足度は高い。

部屋は過不足なく、静かに眠れました。早朝羽田へ向かうため、朝食は摂りませんでした。 チェックイン時、渡されたカードキーがあまりに汚くてびっくりしたのですが、交換してくれるよう頼んで出てきた交換キーもまた汚くて…ロビーはなぜかタバコ臭が漂っていて、朝食頼まなくて良かったなと思いました。気にならない人には、お手頃価格で泊まれる良いホテルだと思います。

以前から歳の利用しているのですが、このホテルの一番素晴らしいのは住環境ですかね。 ホテルを一歩出るとすぐに、大型スーパー、100均、数々のコンビニ、食事処があり、非常に便利です。 空港からは空港バスで25分。 渋谷、新宿にはりんかい線、埼京線直通で1本。 銀座、日本橋方面にも京急、浅草線で1本、駅には少し歩きますが。 とにかく、オススメです。

4泊させて頂きました。部屋からの景色が素晴らしく、静かな良いホテルでした！駅と繋がっていたので交通の便も良かったです。初日は迷路みたいでホテルに着くのに迷いましたが(笑) また利用したいです。友達にもおすすめしたいホテルでした。

環境はよし

周りの環境は駅前でコンビニもたくさんあり便利な場所です。羽田空港からもタクシーで4000円かからないくらい、空港バスもあります。 ただ、施設が古さを感じるのと、備品のタオルがペラペラで寂しくなりました。
