The location is close to everything else like shopping, transportation and food. They had laundry facilities which were great if you’re staying for more days. The staff spoke English and was efficient in answering questions.

Staff were very professional and friendly. The room was very clean and the toilet also had a bidet. The receptionists were very accommodating when they realized that I couldn’t speak Japanese. The Lawson on the ground floor and proximity to the Washington Hotel Airport Limo stop was a huge bonus. Shinjuku station is also a short walk away which added to the convenience to the location. Would book again.

It feels a business hotel so not a lot for tourists however reception try to help with limited English hotel is 15 minutes from station but the bus outside drops you there if you want. Quiet area rooms small but adequate breakfast Japanese style and plentiful. Had pleasant stay

It has free breakfast, nice food. Had some chicken and gohan for breakfast, it’s important to mention that this is not western style but for me was very good. Building and rooms seem quite old but if you are not going to be there the whole day, then it’s fine. Rooms are small but clean. Good place near Shinjuku eki.
