"The rooms were cozy but the hotel was amazing! Clean, smelled fresh every day, the bathhouse was always clean and well stocked. The rooms bathroom was clean and very well maintained. They also had free bathroom essentials in the lobby and in the bathhouse floor. Their breakfast buffet was also delicious, well stocked, and the staff were always friendly!"

"Nice location and price to stay for a night. They use non contact check in so it was a little confused about which elevator I had to take in order to get to a room. I didn’t talk to anyone who works there it was a little bit strange experience for me but if you are a person who doesn’t care about it, it is. great hotel to stay."

"Excellent and comfortable place to stay. Staff is very accommodating and attentive. The breakfast buffet is excellent and has a very wide variety of choices. If it's raining and you don't have an umbrella, they have some available to borrow. The only inconvenience is the language barrier with some staff. They really do try to accommodate. The train station can be reached from a lower floor, and so much is within walking distance if the hotel. You also get a good view of the Godzilla head."

"Great hotel, nice and new, good convenience store underneath and pretty good bus schedules to Disneyland, Disney’s and JR Miahama Station - it’s out of Tokyo but if your up for a trip into town and want easy access to theme parks this is a good value hotel."
