Convenient location, JR and Metro Stations are all within short walking distance. I book the private room for the family of four, room was quite spacious ( in Japanese standard) and clean with very nice amenities. Breakfast was optional and quite nice for additional $620Y. Staffs are very friendly and all conversant in English. We enjoyed our stay and is recommended if you are budget traveling.
Hôtel sympa, le staff est accueillant et gentil. Seul petit bémols a été des clients trop bruyant dans la nuit mais ça l'hôtel ni peut pas grand chose.
Second time staying here while visiting Tokyo with friends. Very friendly front desk staff, always clean. Will be back for a third time my next Tokyo visit.

For a hostel, the premier room is surprisingly huge, we can open all our 3 large suitcases on the floor at the same time, which is very rare for Tokyo. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is ok. And its close to both JR and tokyo metro station. Excellent value for your money.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Good fasility and staff very friendly. And strategic location
The great thing about this place is that all the staff members spoke english which was very convenient and helpful. It's literally a block away from the Subway station, so getting around Tokyo was no problem. If you want to explore on foot, you will find out that Asakusa and Akihabara are not that far. It took me like 15 mins walking to both locations. They even have a bar and happy hour! They serve breakfast as well! This is a great place to come if you want to save money on hotels. You sleep in a room with other people, but no one bothers you. Everyone was respectful to each other and respected privacy. The beds are comfortable and big enough to move around. It was nice that they had outlets in your own cubicle, so you can charge your electronics. Everyone had their own lockers, and you could create your own combination. Their were 8 showers, so there always one available to use. It was my first time in a hostel and it was a great experience! If you don't mind sleeping in a room with other people, and your trying to save money, this is the place to come! Thank you for the Hospitality GRIDS Tokyo!
It’s well maintained they’re on it for cleaning. The workers are helpful and nice. The breakfast is 600 yen, not a big breakfast, a humble breakfast but satisfying enough.
Family of four adults for a 3 night stay. We had a room with 4 capsules and shared/common bathroom. Very clean rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. Good location as well, close to subway and convenience stores. Highly recommended, will definitely stay again when we return!
