Loved that the hotel is located right next to a train station. It was easy to get to and from Narita airport. The staff are friendly, and breakfast is provided to you in the morning. If you workout, there's a gym just 5 minutes away. Super convenient location.

This is the second time I stayed here, Staff are always pleasant and lovely. Breakfast is decent and is enough to get you going in the day. Convenient location with good train access to the airport and different district's in tokyo.

The staff were very kind and helpful! The daily breakfast menu changed daily during our 5 day stay there and was delicious! Worth every penny! I liked the 2 laundry areas in the hotel too! Next time I’d choose a larger room just because, but they do have a self storage luggage area on the ground level which was used alot by the guests.

Staff is helpful and nice. Nice hotel library area with free breakfast served. JR station is right beside the hotel; however,the exit wih elevator is across the street and about 5 min walk. Lots of lockers and luggage area on the ground floor.

Everyone working in the hotel is super nice and polite. The hotel has been maintaining the higher than average standard of cleanliness and quality of service. The only thing makes us a bit tired is the breakfast. We stayed in the hotel 12 days and felt a bit awkward of the same breakfast provided.

A fair price hotel in good location

The hotel is good, room size is not big, but also not too small. Size of the beds are also acceptable. Staffs are super nice and helpful. Car park is convenience. Price include breakfast which is nice even not too much different kind of foods are provided but is acceptable for me. Location is not bad.

Very pleased

Quiet and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning. Self check in and check outbwere very fast and pleasant. Location is perfect - literally next door to a 7-11 and to an entrance to underground passage connecting all the local metro and JR stations. Breakfast wasn't very tasty or varied, and the included coffee was quite bad. There's a very bice but expensive coffee shop 100 meters from the hotel, and no other bteakfast options in walking distance. That was the only downside.

Convenient location to transportation stations, friendly and helpful staff, well appointed rooms, excellent breakfast buffet with coffee, juices, hot food selection changes daily ( sausage, eggs, potatoes, meatballs, pasta, chicken, rices, soup), yogurt, fruit, salads (mushrooms, cabbage, broccoli, bean salad, tomatoes, potato, dressings), cereals, milk, breads. Staff is particularly helpful. When we missed a connecting flight, our arrival was delayed a day. I emailed them through Expedia reservation and they held our reservation. They cleaned and changed towels daily. Complimentary bath supplies included soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, Q tips. 7-11 store located next door accepts Suica cards for payment, which is convenient for incidentals, ice cream after a long day or a light snack or drink
