Fabulous pool. Lovely shaded area on the beach with chairs to lie on. As a vegetarian found it hard to get my protein some meals-but generally a good range of vegetables.

værelserne trængte til renovering. Når man var på toilettet, kunne andre høre det, da badeværelser vendte ud til en lang gang. (vindue i badevær) Vejen til hotellet meget dårlig. Dårlig forbindelse til Diani Beach. Hotellet bar præg af at sæsonen ikke var startet. Fx var kaffebaren ike åben for 2 dagen inden vores afrejse. Fiskerestauranten var ikke åben (under renovation)

Run down. Had a 2 night reservation and moved to 3 different rooms. Broken AC, Bath showers terrible. Cant control hot cold water, finally upgraded to one of the best rooms,. If youre lucky to get booked in the best rooms. Maybe you will enjoy

Slow check in, long wait for everything. Asked for room service menu, chap came to take order, no menu. Went away to get 5 x menus, came back with one. Check out, go to reception, sent to cashier, got a piece of paper, queued st reception again to hand over piece of paper, why? Will not stay again and will actively discourage other people from staying. 1 star if that

This resort has a lot of potential and unfortunately its a lack of ongoing maintenance that is leaving its facilties, rooms and dining area aged looking. they also need a better tidy up process at the buffet and tables - the fact that a server just gave me cutlery from another table didnt look great. Bits of rust and mould in the rooms and bathrooms. Towels and deck chairs very old looking. Staff were amazing - but management needs to invest in constant upkeep otherwise it will suffer further.

1 veckas avslappning på stranden

Avslutade mina arbetsveckor med en avslappnande vecka här. Suverän miljö, god mat och trevlig personal. Dock var badrummet något slitet och jag fick översvämning två gånger på natten som rann ut i hallen och sedan var personalen dålig på engelska så man fick väldigt förvirrande och motsägande svar av dem ibland. Men alla missförstånd löstes alltid på bästa vis och med leende personal - så jag har inget att klaga direkt på. Bra arrangerad safari av hotellet

Great place for holiday

The resort is beautiful,on the amazing beach,the food was great and the staff very polite and helpful. You can be bored here ,there is entertainment literally every part of the day.Will definitely come back!!!

Very nice staff and a great stay!

Amani Tiwi provided a great stay! The staff was very helpful and courteous. Even though the initial check in wasn't timely they made up for it by allowing me to stay a couple extra hours before I was required to check out. The grounds and pool were beautiful and the food was great! Overall, a very nice experience!

It's a beautiful hotel. Service was at times bad in the restaurant. The food was ok but quite repetitive. It's very family oriented so be prepared for lots of kids running around. The dive shop was great. Entertainment staff fun.

Отель у моря, но поплаваешь только в бассейне.

Отель - твердая 3. Понравилось - небольшая, но чистая и зеленая территория. Бассейн очень большой, точнее это два больших бассейна, соединенных искусственной речкой. Номера с балкончиками- большие и удобные. Главный недостаток- море. Войти в море можно только во время прилива, дно покрыто большими камнями, скользкой травой, иногда песок. Приливы и отливы чередуются через 6 часов и их время постепенно меняется. Так что мы купались в море только 1 раз в день, когда ловили высокий прилив. Тем более, что вода около берега часто бывает мутная, особенно после дождя. Нет интернета нигде, даже на ресепшн вай фай не работает. То же самое с телевизором, антенна ловит очень плохо, поэтому просто крутят видео по 2 каналам- по одному запись футбола, по другому каналу- мульфильмы. Сантехника в номерах убитая, покрыта известью, вода солоноватая, для чистки зубов покупали воду в супермаркете. У нас был "завтрак-ужин", но воды давали по пол-литра на человека в день. Приходилось ездить в супермаркет Диани Бич за водой и платить 20 дол. за такси. А по другому из отеля не выберешься, он расположен на отшибе и бесплатного шатла нет. Еда- вообще нет молочных продуктов, нет никакой колбасной нарезки, сыра, йогуртов. Каша овсяная как вода

Hidden Gem

Beautiful facility in slightly remote area of Ukunda. We had a late check in after evening flight to Mombasa airport, and an hour long taxi ride to hotel in Tiwi. Dinner closed about an hour before we got there. The wait staff offered to get an F&B supervisor, who arranged for us to get drinks, a delicious, freshly prepared meal and coffee! It was a lovely gesture. Perfectly relaxing- Hotel is located on a beautiful stretch of quiet, relatively private beach and has several swimming pools for lounging. Lots to do- All day beach activities, sports and evening entertainment facilitated by hotel staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Downside was TV had few channels-less than 5 and poor clarity. WiFi access was limited/unavailable especially in the rooms. Meals were top notch! We booked all inclusive rate and were impressed with quality, and variety of food and beverages. Travel Tip: fly directly into Ukunda airport where available unless interested in crossing likoni ferry linking north n south coast.
