"Out hotel stay was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The staff was amazing to meet anny of our needs, and our room was nice and clean. Really great location in Cusco as well. The only complaint is the bathroom did not have very good ventilation, so it stayed humid and steamy for a long time. Otherwise everything was perfect! "

"Absolutely Wonderful! Staff is excellent, and they go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed and assist in any way they can. "Very clean and safe hotel in Cusco. The property grounds is well kept and the staff are attentive and friendly. Breakfast is very simple and keep in mind (like most roads in Cusco) the road is extremely narrow, so larger buses can’t get by. Best to come with a smaller van or taxi. "

"A cute hotel that was paired with a cafe of the same name next door. Very helpful and polite staff (since my tour starts at 4am the next morning, Ruth made sure a breakfast box is ready for me the next morning). "This was a lovely property. The staff was excellent and very helpful with ways to acclimate to the altitude. We got great restaurant recommendations and directions around the San Blas area of Cusco. The only issue was that our room faced a small courtyard area that had very bright fluorescent or LED lighting until 10 or 11 at night that the blackout curtains couldn't quite mask."
