The staff was very accommodating to all of our requests. The room was clean and we were pretty close to the historic centre by uber. Someone was always available to help with questions no matter the time of day or night. The staff was also very friendly. Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff at the Royal Inn Hotel in Cusco are amazing. We want to lift up Olga and Hillary for making our stay at the hotel a memorable one. After our awful experience at an Airbnb in Cusco, Olga and Hillary went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. It is because of these two amazing ladies that we left happy. The room was very clean, warm and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us.

We stayed here during early July and were disappointed with the quality. We gave our clothes for laundry service and paid a pretty hefty amount. The clothes came back unfolded!
