"I can recommend this sanctuary of a hotel for the beauty, service, breakfast , comfortable bed, sound of the river, trail behind the hotel and the bathtub ( a rare find in the sacred valley. "We thoroughly enjoyed the one night we spent on property. The room was immaculate, so pretty and updated. We had a jacuzzi suite. There was really only enough hot water to fill it, then that’s it. Very typical for the country/area. They were sure to provide extra blankets in the room already, as it does get chilly in Cuzco at night. "This hotel was completely misrepresented online. There is no spa, no sauna, no spa, no breakfast, no restaurant. The suite was dirty, there were no towels, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash, no hot water in the shower and there was standing water in it when we went to turn it on. The sink would not drain. The jacuzzi tub took over 40 mins to fill after we got hot water. Then it would not turn on, once we got someone to help us turn it on (they had to go downstairs and turn on a breaker) the...
