"Nice 2 bedroom much different than studio and nice sauna as side benefit "

"good"

"Some area of the bed was dirty but everything else was good. Nice they had a washing machine and Netflix for you to use. Responsive. English speaking"

"Great experienced"

"Wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. Great location as well, close to the lake. Special thanks to Alice, Liam, and Tony for all the help during the stay!"

"This hotel was fine for a couple nights. The location was pretty decent. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was the rooftop bar but for the two nights I was there it was closed. The room was fine, bit of an awkward layout, not very roomy, but the bed was comfortable enough. I had a couple issues with the room but they were resolved promptly. The staff were very friendly and professional. All things considered, the hotel was pretty underwhelming and I don’t think I would stay again."

"洗濯機もあり、良かったです"

"it is not a bit comfortable because 1. i do not know there is no front desk and no people. i was very frustrated."

"My room has no lake view and face the street, lot of noise from bar nearby all night long, request room with lake view to avoid the problem. Walking distance to the west lake, 10 mins walk to shops and restaurants, breakfast is ok (you can order from menu for free), only there for a night so no comment on gym & pool, bed is superb, pillows are soft, AC work well, shower is good although if you use shower in tub be caution that floor will be wet and slippery. "

"Clean apartment. Plenty of room for my Uncle and myself. Close to many restaurants and shops. Maybe a bit of a ride to old town but if you want a two bedroom, two bath apartment, very hard to find in old town for a reasonable price. Very good value for money spent."
