"This is not a quiet hotel. It is more of a B&B. It is a beautiful place, and the art installations are really interesting. The furnishings in the room are really cool and funky. The neighborhood is very quaint, and the end is close to cafés and bars and galleries. That’s the good. There are no staff on site after the afternoon. One night there was no hot water. Their system usually depends on solar panels, but there had not been sun and somebody forgot to turn on the back up. The rooms...

"Great place and laid back. Highly recommend eating the appetizers!"

"The Cozy House looks just as it does in the pictures. I love the location in the hills of Santa Teresa. I searched long and hard for a location outside of the tourist area, but close enough to enjoy the sights and a room with a view of more than the building next door. Cozy House checked all of the boxes. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The room was pretty clean. I did notice a few overlooked areas, but nothing alarming or that made me feel uncomfortable. "From the moment you walk in, everything was well arranged. Staff is friendly, hotel has gorgeous art and has a sense of serenity in a bustling city like Rio. It’s worth its 5 stars and awards! The buildings in Santa Teresa are lovely and there are quite a few restaurants in walking distance also close to the Steps. Overall I felt safe in this neighbourhood and I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Breakfast was excellent ! Beds were terrible,we were three people and all the beds were very uncomfortable."

"Good room, bad internet"

"The area is not a safe area.My son left something in a safe. The safe would not after it was open. It took 2 days"

Indico demais!!"

"Quarto tinha o chão pegajoso ! Lençóis não cobriam totalmente o colchão! fraco"
