"Great location, lovely boat, very well thought on amenities and friendly staff. Will definitely refer and return!"

"For some reason they put us in a handicap room and the bathroom was big but dark and like a huge cement room . They need more lighting for the rooms as it was dark and hard to do makeup. They don’t have any way to communicate with the staff from the room so that was quite inconvenient as the hair dryer kept over heating but there was no way to ask for a replacement unless I go physically down. Overall it was not the best choice as a hotel for us ."

"Lovely rooms, great breakfasts, very friendly, helpful staff, great location near Paddington Station."

"Bluedaws Hotel is an excellent choice for budget conscious travellers looking for a nice clean and friendly hotel near the train station, souvenir shops, restaurants and landmarks. It offers free continental breakfast too."

"Lovely properly and attentive staff. The room was clean and comfortable!"

"Self-Check in but quite clear process. Clean room. and good location."

"Very Disappointing Stay – Not the Standard Expected from Hilton Extremely disappointed with our stay. The room was far from clean and certainly not up to the standards expected from a Hilton hotel. The towels had visible marks on them, the sofa had large stains and looked filthy, and the bedding was made so carelessly that it looked like a teenager had done it. Absolutely unbelievable for a hotel carrying the Hilton name. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and did not seem honest...

"The location is great. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are small but comfortable. A simple and convenient short stay."
