"The entire experience was amazing! My wife and I stayed at the Dallas location for our Anniversary and the staff was top notch. From a complimentary bottle of wine to a free ride to our dinner reservation, ZaZa did it all. The property was unique, clean and one of the nicest Hotels we’ve stayed in. "Very convenient local place to stay. House of blues is less than two blocks deep Elum less than a mile. All the staff was very friendly and the room was fantastic. We have stayed here several times and never had an issue."

"Perfect, a frequent booking of mine"

"Can’t get a line item receipt and have charges for items that aren’t explained"

"Room was awesome, staff was awesome, breakfast was better than most free breakfasts, everything very clean and well maintained."

"great staff & clean room"
