The room was wonderful for the price and the staff was very helpful and nice. The only issues I had was the confusion of the check-in process, the fob that didn't work, and needing to take 3 elevators to get to the room. I also wish there were spots inside the hotel area to grab a bottled water. That being said it was a great experience.

The property was cool and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were some minor details, like drawers that were dirty or stained and turntable wasn’t working, but overall it was good. The views were great. Check-in was a bit inconvenient because I wasn’t sent the confirmation code, so it took me a while to get in. Thankfully, someone onsite was able to help me. Great location, with lots of places nearby.

The virtual front desk took some adjusting. Be sure to read the emails/texts from the virtual front desk. All of the instructions are well written but it is a bit complicated. In order to get to my room from the parking garage it required 3 different elevators that all worked a little differently. The room was nice but slightly worn. There was the constant roar of the highway below, even from the 50th floor but nothing I couldn't deal with. Use of the Tower Club restaurant was amazing! Great view and lovely lunch. I would stay again.
