"The entire experience was amazing! My wife and I stayed at the Dallas location for our Anniversary and the staff was top notch. From a complimentary bottle of wine to a free ride to our dinner reservation, ZaZa did it all. The property was unique, clean and one of the nicest Hotels we’ve stayed in. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to go."

"Very convenient local place to stay. House of blues is less than two blocks deep Elum less than a mile. All the staff was very friendly and the room was fantastic. We have stayed here several times and never had an issue."

"Perfect, a frequent booking of mine"

"The tv was hard to use and we got in so late it wasn't worth trying to call the front desk to have them run through all the diagnostics we already did. Just ended up watching TV on my phone."

"Can’t get a line item receipt and have charges for items that aren’t explained"

"Room was awesome, staff was awesome, breakfast was better than most free breakfasts, everything very clean and well maintained."
