"Stayed here for th Bad Omens concert. Check-in was a breeze. The ladies at the desk were friendly and informative. They gave me plenty of places to go for dinner. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, the aquarium (across the street) and the American Airlines Center where the concert was held. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Did not hear any noise. I would definitely stay again. "

"Front desk staff was on their phone many times and wasn’t friendly or helpful when asked questions about the surrounding area. The valet attendants were so friendly and welcoming, though. Although the hotel had snacks and drinks near their front desk area, they were greatly overpriced. Also, although the hotel advertised as a pet friendly hotel, we could not find a close area for walking our dog to relieve himself. The hotel room was very nice, however, and a great size for my family of 5 and our service dog. "

"So so cute! Only $10 if you’re parking for that day. $20 per night, had a 2 night stay and only had to pay 40 for parking in total. Pet friendly."

"Room was clean absolutely loved the view from the 23rd floor really close distance within a lot of stores absolutely love that they had a coffee shop within the hotel. Most definitely will come back and stay again."
