"The property is well maintained and the shower has good flow and pressure. Location is not that great , but close enough to most attractions in Bangkok"

"Wonderful and attentive staff, clean facility. I really enjoyed the convenient location and the warm atmosphere. Highly recommended!"

"Staff, staff, staff and location"

"I stayed in the Modern Farmhouse room and honestly didn’t expect it to feel this homey. The open layout made the space feel bigger than it looks in photos, and I loved the rustic touches, like the wooden beams, earthy tones, and cute little details all came together nicely. It’s super well-equipped, with a full kitchen(event salt and papper) and huge balcony (a rare find in Bangkok). Location is super central too, we walked everywhere. "Can’t ask for a better hotel. Staff, rooms, facilities, all first class. Location is good thanks to the hotel water taxes."

"Great location. The room was lovely. It may look simple, but it was thoughtfully designed, with well-planned functionality and attention to detail throughout the space. The staff were friendly and welcoming."

"Staff were amazing! Clean room"

"View this place as a high-class hostel rather than as a "hotel" and you are unlikely to have much to complain about. The room also contains a shower cubicle (water pressure and temperature adequate), a separate toilet, a wash-basin and a mini-refrigerator. The rooms are modern...

"น่าจะเพิ่มชั้นวางลักษณะเหมือนหิ้งในแต่ละเตียง ไว้วางสิ่งของใกล้ตัวตอนนอน"

"Good location with a walking distance to BTS. The rooms and public area are clean. The receptionists are nice. Only one thing that can improve is mosquito because i found some of them in my bed room. Anyway, overall is great and the money well spent with this budget hotel. I will come back again."
