"Really nice hotel. The rooms are very clean and all the staff were really nice and friendly. The outside pool was extremely cold but it is the end of October. The pool table was out of order for all our stay but apart from that we loved our stay here."

I had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and just right for one person.the staff like balinda and her colleagues on reception were so helpful and accommodating to our requests very friendly. "Muy bien. Está muy bien situado, a dos minutos del mirador. El personal muy amable, me indicó un sitio interesante para comer. La habitación sencilla pero cómoda, y muy bien de precio. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad pero suficiente, cómodo y bien de precio. No tiene vistas pero la calle a la que da no tiene tráfico y tampoco había ruido de turistas (era final de octubre). Si volviera a ir a esa zona seguramente repetiría. Solo un detalle: tiene dos accesos porque son dos edificios...

"Very friendly check in staff who helped us change our room to a lower floor and staff in restaurant were also very friendly and helpful both at breakfast and dinner. Hotel is ideally suited in the old town of Benidorm. Will definitely be back."
