Located a good walk away from the nightlife centre but close to old town, within walking distance of supermarket and restaurants. Swimming pool is just enough for the amount of people there during my stay and is perfectly located as a sun trap but they could do with some more sun beds as they fill up pretty quickly and had to wait till the afternoon for a bed a couple of days. Never used the restaurant or any entertainment so can’t comment. Did book a room with a balcony but was given a street level room with just a window so that would be my only negative comment.

Would not suggest all inclusive, not alot to choose for breakfast, coffee is only available for breakfast. Had one lunch and one dinner neither had much to offer. Walks and floors are thin, had someone walking around in heels late at night in the room above was unable to sleep

It was the perfect location and was a beautiful clean hotel. We had trouble with our transfers while leaving and were helped by the staff to get us sorted for our flight. Would definitely recommend!

The staff at this property were rude and unfriendly. The property is old and is highly overpriced and offers very few amenities. I filtered my search on Expedia to include free parking, but the hotel charged me 10 euro for offsite parking. The elevators are slow and we had to go up and down the stairs with our luggage. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Bonjour Je suis cliente de cette hôtel depuis des années.lors des deux derniers années tout à changé. Le personnel de la réception n est pas du tout professionnel et pas aimable. Lors de mon dernier séjour j avais oublié mes baskets al hôtel et ils m ont fait presque passé pour une menteuse. Je suis encore choqué 😲. C'est une honte. Ils sont irresponsables et pas attentionné du tout. Le personnel du service repas pas aimables à part un très jeune homme qui est très serviable et très aimable. Le reste la nourriture et tout horrible.les femmes du restaurant sont très jalouses des qu elles voient des belles et jolies filles ou femmes. Elles se mettent à faire des commentaires au lieu de servir. Bref je suis pas contente du tout..... Et pourtant avant j adoré aller à cette hôtel je me sentais comme à la maison.j avais réservé pour trois et au final on étais que deux mais ils m ont quand même encaissé pour trois. Le pire c'est que dès qu on leur fait une réflexion ils ne sont pas contents au lieu de se remettre en question et s améliorer. A la fin une très mouvaise expérience pour nous cette année dans l hôtel Prince Park Benidorm.
